How to Set DM Delays

DM delays add a time gap between when a comment is detected and when the DM is actually sent. This is a critical safety feature.
Available Delay Options:
5 minutes: Fastest option, used with Manual DM Queue
15 minutes: Default for Auto-DM mode, good balance of speed and safety
30 minutes: More conservative, recommended for stricter subreddits
60 minutes: Maximum safety, best for sensitive niches or new accounts
How Delays Work:
Someone comments on your post
ReddifyAI detects the comment
A DM is prepared and queued
The system waits for your configured delay before sending
For Manual DM Queue: The delay starts after you approve the DM
For Auto-DM: The delay starts when the comment is detected
Why Delays Matter: Sending a DM instantly after someone comments looks automated and unnatural. Real people take time to see a comment, think about it, and write a response. Delays simulate this natural behavior and significantly reduce the risk of your account being flagged.
Changing Your Delay: You can change the DM delay at any time from your campaign management page by clicking the Manage button under your campaign. The new delay applies to all future DMs for that campaign.
